Below is a shout out to all Rosarians regarding the Earthquake and Tsunami(s) in Southern Asia:

Dear Rosarians:

We have been given the gift to help ease these worldly disasters. The gift is prayer.

People wonder, "So many have perished already, how can prayers helped." Believe me, they have. This earthquake/tsunami(s) in Southern Asia statistically should have wiped out many more countries and taken hundreds of thousands more lives, but because of prayer, it was greatly "eased" and the timing altered. If it had happened before or on Christmas, our focus would have been pulled away from Jesus being reborn into our hearts.

Many of us forget that disasters are happening everyday; albeit domestic arguments, illness, war, abortion, natural disasters, etc. It is our responsibility as God's children to pray about these always...present and future, close to home or far away; even when these events seem bigger then us. By focusing for just 10 minutes everyday to pray from the heart about these matters, and thanking God for all that we do have, we could save countless lives and bring peace to this chaotic world. We have been given this gift of prayer, let's cherish it. God is waiting to hear from each of us, He is calling us to do our part as prayer warriors.

Lord Jesus, you came into the world to save man from his own sin. You defeated the temptations of the evil one in the garden in order for mankind to have eternal life. By your power we ask that you cast away the evil that lingers to destroy the mission you have given us to do. By saying your name Jesus we ask this. Amen.

I was told today that I need a hysterectomy. The doctor said I had an abnormality in my ovaries. I am having surgery on Monday Dec. 6th. Could you pleas remember me in your oraters? With the help of Jesus I will get better and I will be back to join in saying the rosary in such a wonderful pray atmosphere.

Hello. My sister in law Joan Bunyan has been praying with Ray to become pregnant. She has become pregnant but is having some problems. The doctors are not sure if the fetus will go full term. As I am sure you can understand she is devistated. This would be the 2nd baby she lost. Please remember her and her baby in your prayers and while saying the rosary. We believe in miracle and are confient that with prayers this will all be ok for her. Please also pray for her husband, and my brother Chuck as this is also very difficult for him. I would like to ask to please pray for my daughter, she was in auto accident on March 28, 2003 and has been in a coma since then due to severe brain trauma. She is 18 yrs old now she was only 16 when it happen, her cousin who was driving died. We have been praying for a miracle since then.

Please continue to pray for Kait. The blood clot has mostly disappiated BUT her brain is draining spinal fluid so fast that her brain is drying up a bit, and therefore is pulling away from the lining of her brain causing her bad pain. She has great difficulty sitting or standing, because the fluid just gushes out of her head. Drs. will try to regulate the drainage with a valve, but it can only do so much. Your prayer give us so much hope.

Hi Debbie,
This is Mary and we speak every Sunday with Ray about Patty in Florida. It was such a joy to meet the both of you last week. Of course, Patty is my first priority right now and still needs many, many prayers, but there are more people I know that could use Ray's prayers, so I would like to enter them on your prayer list. There is my little 3 month old cousin who has some sort of internal problem which causes her to get bladder infections with a lot of pain; then there is a friend of mine, a 40 year old, who suffers with MS and migraines - they both could use some relief; and, my aunt and uncle, even though up there in age, are having various physical ailments, so that they cannot enjoy their sunset years, then of course, there is Ray. I'm sure he does not pray for himself so I would like to add him to my list. If you would be so kind to pray for them. Hope to see you again very soon.

Michael is going to Philadelphia tommorrow for a PET SCan. His liver functions are still very high and they are not sure why. The CT Scan is negative. The doctor has drawn blood for virus. He's been off of treatment for three weeks now. A decision has to be made real soon before the disease spreads again. Please pray that all goes well for him. He is our little trooper.

I have had a special friendship with a person for some time now, and I am hoping through your prayers and the intercession of Our Lady, she can obtain her desire for a third child. You see, as her friend, I have observed what a wonderful mother she is to her two children....such love and devotion can only come from the grace of God. She has seen Ray on several occasions, just recently, and before her tragic miscarriage last year. This lady never asks for anything, never complains about anything, and always seems to be so cheerful and happy. She is part of a prayer chain for others. There is alot I have learned from her. We humbly ask you to pray for our 2 year old daughter, Nicole Ann DeBenedetto who has lapsed into a coma due to encephalitis on June 26th, 2004. She suffered an extended seizure and a fever of 106.8 by the time we arrived at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson on that fateful day. Nicole Ann was a walking, talking, dancing, frolicking 2 year old who is adored by her big brother Michael (age 11) and big sister Claire Marie(age 6). We are fortunate to have the prayers of our parish family at Our Lady of the Valley in our hometown of Wayne. We also are blessed with the friendship and prayers of Fr. Fernandez and the Xaverian Fathers based in Wayne. I am at the bedside 24 hours, 7 days a week because I cannot leave my helpless little child. We have been at the Children's Specialized Hospital in Mountainside, N.J. Our prayer is that through the intercession of the saints and Our Blessed Mother, a few drops of Jesus' precious blood fall down on her to restore her to health of mind, body and spirit. We thank you for your prayers and also for you sharing your story with the world through your website.

I came to one of Ray's rosaries about a year ago and was just thinking of him and your prayer chain when I knew I had to write to you and ask for a miracle. My 37 year old daughter has just been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer which only has a 45% survival rate. She is the mother of 3 small children, and wants to be around to see them grow up!!!!!!!!!! I will be coming to the prayer service on Wednesday, 8/25/04. I thank-you a million tmes for calling the hospital and praying with Jose over the phone on Sunday night, it ment so much to us, again thank-you for your time, thoughts and prayers.

I would like to request a special prayer for a friend of mine (Mike). Mike has cancer of the stomach, stage 4, and needs all of the help that he can get. A friend of mine (Jim) told me about his recovery after attending one of the your Prayer meetings and when I told Mike about them he is extremely enthusiastic about attending.
We are planning to attend your prayer meeting this Friday, but Mike may need to receive a blood transfusion on Friday along with a booster shot. Mike really want's to attend.

Is there any way that you can send Mike some of the oil? I believe that it will work.

Last Wednesday's rosary was beautiful. I have another prayer request for my little cousin, Riley. She's just about a month old and has contracted meningitis. She is still in the hospital and we are waiting to find out if it's viral or bacterial. She also has some colon problems as of last night. Please pray very hard for this little girl and her family. They need a miracle. I hope to anoint her with some of the weeping icon oil and pray the rosary with her family.

I just met you a little while ago at my friend's beach house in Normandy beach and you gave us the book about your daughter. God Bless her and you, she is beautiful and truly blessed. I know that what I am requesting may seem silly to some people, but after trying so hard to have a child and after several failed In-Vitro attempts, we are finally pregnant. My biggest fear is that something will happen to the baby and I'll go to the doctor next week for my sonogram and the heartbeat won't be there. I say my Rosary every morning and I pray to Our Blessed Mother and St. Gerard to protect the baby and that I have a healthy, full-term baby in March. This is all I ever ask for, for them to protect the baby and for the baby to keep growing bigger, healthier and stronger every day. If you could please include my husband Sean and I in your prayers that our baby is safe in my womb, and will be born healthy and full term in March I would be forever grateful.

My miracles of miracles has come true! I found out yesterday that I am indeed pregnant, but my hormones levels are extremely low. Please continue to pray for my unborn child that she/he continues to grow! I return to the doctor tomorrow for another test, which should let us know if this pregnancy is viable. Dear Rosarians:

I have another prayer request for my neighbor, Claire McCarthy. Claire has been dedicated to the Blessed Mother for a very long time. She even had her wedding dress died blue and carried blue flowers on her wedding day in Mary's honor. Claire has been sent home with a very large malignent tumor (about the size of a grapefruit) which is surrounding many of her vital organs. Although she is miraculously not in any discomfort, the doctors feel at this point it is inoperable.

I visited Claire today with oil from the weeping icon. We had a prayer circle with her husband, daughter and close friend of the family. We also laid hands on Claire and rubbed the oil on her all the while praying for the tumor to break apart. It ended with the Sorowful Mysteries of the Rosary.

I am asking for the Ray of Hope Foundation members to please keep Claire in your prayers as she is heavily relying on them for a miracle. Although she does not know God's plan for her at this time, she does now He works all things for good. Her family and friends can attest to the fact that Claire is 100% dedicated to saving souls and is an instrument used by God to do just that. Please pray that this tumor leaves her body soon. We will be repeating the prayer circle again this Wednesday.

It figures when I have the biggest news of the weekend AOL is giving problems. Anyway, Michael was in Philly last week for MIBG scan and it is with the most joy and happiness I write that the tumors in the chest and knee are gone. WHEW!!!!! We still don't know about the bone marrow that will be checked on 9/2 There also was a new, little spot on his upper arm. We're not sure what it is or if it is even disease. Dr. MAris didn't seem to worried about it but will monitor it. Some of you have already rad the good news from the webpage. WE appreciate all the phone calls and well wishes. I hope this is the road to NED! Michael started the second course of CEP today and will go for 4 more weeks on it.
Please continue to pray that this is the answer for him.

Dear Debbie, Greg or Diana,

I am begging and pleading for someone to pray and help my sister. She is dying of breast cancer. She is only 43 years old and has a 9 year old daughter. The breast cancer has spread to the meninges and they say there is no hope. I refuse to say there is no hope as well as the rest of the family. She is fighting so hard. THey only gave her apprx 4 months to live on 3/26/04 and she fought to make it to her neices wedding in May where her daughter was the flower girl.

Please say a prayer for her and I heard about the miracle oil, is it true? I will pay for Fed Ex, the oil or whatever I need to do for her. Please????

She is a completely bedridden. Her husband has lost his job and was in NYC twice during the attack. He has escaped both times God willing. He currently is only working a couple of days a week out of the goodness of some people's heart to help him out. He is actually working on the floor of the stock exchange and his wife is so worried about him with the increased alert again.

She is so afraid for her 9 year old daughter. She is there only child and my sister said she doesn't want to her to lose both her Mom and Dad.

My sister is a true fighter and a very good person.

Please help her, please. Just tell me what I need to do. I fear our time is running short.

Amnio results came back good so he does not have Down Syndrome or any other syndromes. However, there is a little mass growing at the back of his neck that will be carefully monitored-please pray that this tumor shrinks and he can be born a healthy child.

This is a special request for all to pray for little, one and a half week old, baby Daniel Christian Amberg who will be having open heart surgery on Monday. After being home for a few days his parents detecting something wrong and brought him to the emergency. From there he was rushed to the Philadelphia Children's Hospital with a heart defect which had gone unnoticed. He is now in critical condition. The family will appreciate all the prayers he can get.

Please pray for my mother Germana who is 57 years old. She has been battling a rare form of Ovarian cancer for 2 years. Just recently her Oncologist has given up on hope for recovery. Basically, she was sent home to die. Although my mothers prognosis is poor and her doctors can no longer treat her, I feel that there is still hope for her. Please pray for Ryan and Matthew. They both have autism. They have been working so hard in school, speech, OT, tutoring, medications, allergists, GI drs, neurologists, special consultants, special schools. Ryan was able to make his first communion with one to one help. Matt only got through Kindergarten CCD and then his auditory problems became so great he is now afraid of church. The music hurts his ears. We have tried auditory integration and that has not worked. It makes my family alienated from church as we cannot all attend. It makes me feel like we are slipping away from our community and no one notices. I thought surely God would see our efforts and help us. Please help pray for us, and give us strength.

I have an unknown infection either stemming from within my ear or the surrounding bone of my ear. It is causing me to feel off balance (unsteady feeling) and have extreme pressure pain in my head. Dear friend,

Thank you much for responding to my e-mail. I contacted you on behalf of my sister in law. A relative of hers just was diagnosed with MS and she heard about Ray and his miraculous healings, the people he helped, the children who God blessed through Ray and his foundation. She asked me to find more out and I remembered that a friend of mine visited Ray on quite a few occasions. Her name is Consiglia De Meo. I got all the information from the Internet and here we are communicating with each other in the name of God for love and healing.

My friend was concerned as she lives on a fixed income about the amount of the donation. I told her that "God" does not measure people by money, only by glorifying Him. I told her that she should give whatever she can however small, but to do a good deed for a child and "pay it forward".

I am not a Catholic but I believe so strongly in everything I know about Ray and his life. It upsets me when someone tells me negative things and does not believe. One day, I cannot say when for sure, but it will be a day that I look forward to very very much, I will meet Ray attend the rosary meeting and witness the Holy Spirit and God's love and healing for myself. I feel it, even as I write to you. It will be an exciting day for me.

I do know the rosary. I do not own rosary beads but I say the Hail Mary frequently. I think I will by myself some rosary beads. Now I have a question for you. I also would like some oil. I have a brother who is 52 years old. He is a child. He has cerebral palsy, mental retardation, epilepsy and idiopathic thrombocytopenia (his blood will not clot). I know that God wants my brother to be different and I know that God has kept my brother in my life for so many years ( I never had any children). I accept my brother and look to him for strength as he has been in and out of the hospital all of his life. He lives in a group home (sponsored by the ARC of Essex County). His name is Walter Horn. I would want the oil for my brother, to help with his blood condition. When I get the oil and I see my brother how do I administer the oil and please tell me a special prayer besides the rosary to say for Walter.

It is an honor, and a privilege to know that you took the time to care. I will pray for your organization, for Ray and for the nonbelievers to be healed as well.

My boyfriend has had cancer now for almost 2 years and does not have medical insurance to get surgery or treatment. Because of all the pessimism, he decided to just give up. We met a few months ago and fell head over heels for eachother. He says that now he has a reason to fight for his life and that I am the reason for it. I am trying to encourage him and help him as much as I possibly can. I am always there for him as he is there for me. He has stomach cancer that has spread throughout his body, possibly to his liver and kidneys. I imagine that it is pretty severe considering he has gone without treatment for almost 2 years. We are both trying to do all we can to get him medical insurance and treatment but it is very hard to afford it at the moment. He is in pain and I feel so helpless. I came to realize that prayers are my best option. Please pray for his health. It means to much to us. Thank you.

I, Yolanda was taken to rays house with my girlfriend Lynda, by Debbie DuHaime, Sammi Saltorelli's aunt last wednesday, June 2nd. We prayed the Roasary and prayed for Robyn Faller. Lynda and I have a friend by the name of Robyn Faller, who is dying of cancer. She is only 46 years old and is not doing well. Lynda is trying to get her to to come with us, but at this point she is not taking many of her friends calls, and is very depressed. I feel she has given up. Could you please have Ray and everyone Pray for Robyn. In the meantime, we are going to try our best to get her there.

Hi, my friend told me about this site, I am a true believer in Miracles, and that all things are possible. So here I am, writing to you in need of a prayer to my cousins family. My cousin Connie has been a strong person all her life, she had to be. Her son Michael has been takin seizures since he was 6mths old. He is now 41. Such a good person, good hearted and kind. Her daughter Marlo was diagnost with MS a couple of years ago. So sad. First her son, now her daughter. Connie has been so strong threw it all. After all these are her children she had to be.... Now they have financial problems and her daughter is so stressed threw this and it brings out the MS even more. :( I pray for all of them all the time. She worries all the time if god forbid something should ever happen to her....and therefore worries about her son and daughter.........Please say a prayer for them, i will be ever so thankful........."God Bless you all"...........truely grateful, Michelle

I would like to give thanks to God for his great love and mercy and for a fair and just trial.

I just wanted to let you know….my husband is in the hospital and has been since the Wednesday before Easter. He suddenly went numb on the whole right side of his body. It turned out to be an abscess at the stem of his brain. They took a biopsy and they found “lots of bacteria” in the puss they excreted. It took a long time to find out what it was and they’ve diagnosed him having “Streptococcus Intermediata”. They are not sure where/how he got it. Right now he’s on antibiotics and still feels numb on the right side of his body. He is now at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.

PLEASE…..PRAY FOR A TOTAL HEALING!!!

I had wrote to you in Feb. about a friend of mine named Gale Peers who was diagnosed with a rare bile duct cancer and pregnant with her 11th child. At that time she was 18 weeks pregnant and wanted to live long enough for her baby. This thursday she went into liver failure and they had to deliver her baby by c/section. She was 28 weeks pregnant. I am now asking you to pray for a miracle for her and also for prayers for her baby boy Andrew. He is in stable condition but has alot of premature complications with his lungs and heart. Please have Ray say a rosary for Gale and her baby Andrew Peers. I would truly be thankful.

My name is Amy Rowland and I am e-mailing you in reguards to my father, Dave. I heard about your services through Sue Miller who is my art teacher. I used to take an art class with a woman named Anne. Her grandaughter was sent to you for healing in her legs. From what Sue told me, she could not walk and doctors basically said there was no hope. To my understanding she was a true miracle case after visiting with you. After Sue told me Anne's grandaugther's story I thought to myself, wow maybe there really is hope for my dad. Now compared to not being able to walk, my dad's case may seem like small potatoes but I am trying everything in my power to find something to help him. My father was diagnosed with bell's palsy about 8 years ago, maybe alittle longer. He was a rare case in which his didnt go away. Since he got this, my father's attitude toward life has gone completely down hill. A few years later my mom wound up leaving him partly because of his behavior that was caused from his deep depression from the bells. He got even worse. I pray for my dad everyday hoping that one day he will wake up and have a fully functional face. I want him to get his confidence back so he can go out and date. The only time my father leaves the house is for work or to grocery shop. Even then he pawns it off on my brother and I because he is ashamed of how he looks. Often calling himself sloth, trying to make a joke out of it to feel better but honestly I think he makes himself feel worse. Within the past year my dad has somewhat come terms with his disorder but not enough that would make him want to go out and try to date. I think a loving partner is what my dad needs right now but I dont see it happening because he is too afraid to try and date. If there is any way you could put in a pray for my father it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I know compared to all of the other prayer requests this might seem insignificant, but I would greatly appreciate a prayer or two for my 10 year old son Terence. He has been having emotional, delayed physical, learning and speech difficulties since a small child. He has since developed hair loss along with the stress he experiences with all his difficulties. It has been, and seems will continue to be, a very long road for this child. He is the sweetest, most loving child and we pray often. I would love if one or two of you can keep him in yours.

Please pray for Umberto Rojas, from Norway, who was sent home from the hospital with an inoperable stomach tumor. They say he has 1-2 months to live. I had meet you and Ray several months ago. We came on a Friday night with a van full from Philadelphia. I am requesting that you pray for a friend of mine named Gale Peers and for her family.
Gail is a 42 year old nurse who is pregnant with her 11th child. She was just diagnosed with a rare form of cancer of her common bile duct which has also spread to her liver. She is 18 weeks pregnant and chooses not to abort her baby. She was told that they can not guarantee her survival whether she aborts her baby or not. She will be having surgery on Thursday, February 12, 2004. The prognosis is not good and I ask you for prayers.

This is the little miracle baby -

Liam was born on December 30, 2003. A battery of tests showed his stomach and esophagus were not connected, I prayed with your prayer group in October. Each sonogram after that rosary – Liam’s condition got a little better. When he was born in December – it was a miracle – he was healthy.

Today, January 30, 2004, Liam was admitted to the hospital. He has not been able to maintain his weight. The doctors are not able to diagnose the problem. Please pray that the doctors will be able to help Liam.
